This week was such a rollercoaster, I posted a YouTube video, made good food, then my bike was stolen 😭 ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Hey you,

How was your week?

My week was crazy, to say the least! I have been working like crazy but also procrastinating like crazy too. It has been sprints to absolute stillness.

I managed to film a mini vlog, I discovered an amazing 2nd hand store here. It is run by an organisation called Emmaus in France that takes items donated by people, sells them to people, and uses the money for charity work. I think that's a great idea. So I went and got myself a few stuff. A super cute pair of boots, some comic books (to practice my French), some vintage spoons, and some wine glasses (coz I broke mine, are we surprised? #DrButterfingers).

My YouTube video had such a positive response and everyone loved the beautiful bike footage I shared: basically me taking you on a ride on my bike and showing you around Grenoble!

SADLY, last night my bike was stolen!!! It was screwed off the wheel that was locked to the post. LOL, thanks for the wheel, dear robber.
It feels so ironic that this happened right after I shared the wonderful content I made with it! I was in shock all morning today. I'm feeling a bit better now but it's still a fresh wound.

Ahhhh.. I guess the next step is to take you with me to buy my next bike! haha

Btw, I have some cool videos planned for this week so stay tuned! Until then, enjoy my last week's recipe:

People have already been making the Odia Dahi Bara and Aloo Dum and sharing pictures with me and I'm so happy to see that!! Let me know if you give it a try.

Anyway, I need to go and run some errands so I'm gonna leave you here.

If I have ever been super impressed by a YouTube channel and wondered why the channel doesn't have many followers, it's this one. It is run by 68 year-old Chris MacAskill who makes the coolest science-based videos! He is extremely entertaining and well-informed, and shoots in such cool settings, like outdoors sometimes on a hike, sometimes on a skateboard, responding to the bullshit in the health and wellness industry with so much respect, calmness and well-researched information. Ahhh I just can't help but admire his work.

With that, I hope you have a great week ahead!

Love and Dosas,
Anjali ðŸŒ±ðŸ¥¥
